Senator Bouran elected as president of PAM’s political committee

AMMAN — Senator Alia Bouran was elected on Thursday as president of the First Standing Committee for Political and Security-related Cooperation in the Parliamentary Assembly of the Mediterranean (PAM).
The election was conducted virtually during the 15th PAM Plenary Session, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported. The committee focuses on political developments in the Euro-Mediterranean region and countries of the Gulf, in addition to the geopolitical challenges affecting member states.
