AMMAN — The Yarmouk Water Company on Sunday released list of subscribers’ names who owe it JD2.14 million in unpaid dues, in order to publish it in the Official Gazette, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
The 2,521 subscribers did not check with the company to rectify their financial status during the 14-day notification period, Petra reported, adding that the measure is a continuation of the Water Ministry’s plan to collect unpaid bills from subscribers and the company’s campaign to cut water supply to those who do not pay, in accordance with the law.
