RJ unveils livery promoting rose-red city of Petra

AMMAN — The national flag carrier, Royal Jordanian Airlines (RJ), on Sunday placed a Petra-inspired livery on one of its flights, a Boeing 787 Dreamliner, to promote the rose-red city.
The event, held at Queen Alia International Airport, was attended by HRH Princess Dana Firas, president of the National Association for the Conservation of Petra and UNESCO Goodwill ambassador, according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra.
RJ Vice Chairman and CEO Samer Majali said that the airlines, since its establishment, has promoted Jordan’s destinations globally and domestically.
The project was implemented in cooperation with the Ministry of Tourism and the Jordan Tourism Board to promote Petra, one of the New Seven Wonders of the World, he added.
