Police chief, US official discuss cooperation

AMMAN — Public Security Directorate Director Maj. Gen. Obaidallah Maaytah on Monday met with US Under-Secretary of State for Civilian Security, Democracy, and Human Rights, Uzra Zeya, over enhancing cooperation in terms of law enforcement agencies.

Both sides highlighted their keenness to maintain cooperation, coordination and the exchange of expertise between the police apparatuses of both countries, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
