Ministers urge contractor to speed up work at Madaba hospital

AMMAN — Public Works Minister Sami Halaseh and Health Minister Mahmoud Sheyyab on Sunday checked on expansion work at Al Nadim Hospital in Madaba.
Halaseh said the contractor was 14 days behind schedule, and had received notifications from the supervising councillor, according to a Public Works Ministry statement. Sheyyab called on the contractor to speed up work, which is affecting the old building and patient transfer.
At the end of the visit, all parties agreed to return in 14 days, at the end of the notification period, to ensure the contractor implemented necessary work as agreed in the contract.
