Institut Français to screen ‘Transit Cities’ Wednesday

AMMAN — The Institut Français in Jordan is organising a “Carte blanche to Adnan Madanat” on Wednesday at 7pm at its premises in Jabal Luweibdeh.
Madanat “is a distinguished Jordanian film critic”, author and the head of the cinema section at the Abdul Hamid Shoman Foundation, the institute said in a statement.
He will present the acclaimed Jordanian narrative feature film “Transit Cities” by director Mohammed Hushki.
The presentation and discussion that will follow the screening will be curated by Madanat in Arabic and in English, in the presence of Hushki.
