Health minister orders maintenance of Khreibet Al Souk healthcare centre

AMMAN — Health Minister Mahmoud Sheyyab on Tuesday instructed ministry officials to see to it that the necessary maintenance work is implemented at the Khreibet Al Souk healthcare centre to provide better services to patients, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
After an unannounced visit to the centre, Sheyyab also tasked officials with taking the necessary measures to computerise the facility and provide it with the needed lab equipment. During the visit, the minister spoke to patients and listened to their grievances. Eyad Wadi, the centre’s director, said the facility receives 500 to 600 patients every day.
