Health minister checks on psychotherapy centre

AMMAN — Health Minister Mahmoud Sheyyab said his ministry is committed to providing the best healthcare to patients with psychological disorders, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported on Thursday.
During an unannounced visit to the Karameh Centre for Rehabilitation and Psychotherapy, Sheyyab highlighted the importance of providing a suitable environment for patients, which he said would positively affect their response to treatment. The centre has 214 beds and its clinics receive 80 patients a week.
