Court of first instance opens new section for commercial cases

AMMAN — The Amman Court of First Instance on Monday opened a new section that will be exclusively dedicated to commercial cases and disputes with a team of competent judges.
The move was made following the recommendations of the Royal Committee for Developing the Judiciary and Enhancing the Rule of Law, with the aim of fostering judicial specialisation, in addition to upgrading and speeding up litigation procedures, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
