AMMAN — Thirteen people suffered breathing difficulties on Thursday after a fire, resulting from an electric mass, erupted in a hotel in Aqaba. Aqaba Civil Defence Department (CDD) personnel dealt with the fire that covered a limited area in an internal air conditioning unit in the fourth floor of the hotel, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
Firefighters extinguished the fire while rescue teams evacuated the facility and administered first aid to the hotel visitors who inhaled smoke, the CDD said.
