The rich in Jordan can get easily in touch with influential state agencies to get free medical care, whatever the amount, while it is almost impossible for the poor to have such access.
I think the economic condition of the patient should be thoroughly investigated before such grants.
The medical bill should be paid by the patient if he has the means.
More than JD100 million can be saved if this is taken into consideration.
