‘Light a candle’
Nov 22,2015 - Last updated at Nov 22,2015
In response to the letter “The dreaded question” (The Jordan Times, November 19, 2015) I would say that countries are not built by pessimists who dread confronting problems.
The countries one thinks are much better and more advanced are not made that way through the efforts of extraterrestrials or genies, but through the effort, sacrifice and dedication of their people.
We need people in this country who can do something to improve, not only to blame, the situation.
Better light a candle than curse the darkness.
Our country is not just a living space that might or might not suit its inhabitants. Everybody should be more dedicated and try to improve.
