Winners of physical fitness award honoured

AMMAN — Deputy Prime Minister for Services and Minister of Education Mohammad Thneibat on Sunday attended a ceremony to honour winners of the King Abdullah II Award for Physical Fitness, in its 11th session, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
Deputising for HRH Crown Prince Hussein, the Regent, Thneibat presented awards to the directors of education directorates, and to winning schools. More than 620,000 students from 2,671 schools took part in the competition, Petra reported.
