AMMAN — The Telecom Regulatory Commission (TRC) on Tuesday called on users of iPhone 6s smart phones to check for possible battery problems which may stop the device from running or restart them suddenly.
TRC called on users to go to: https://www.apple.com/jo/support/iphone6s-unexpectedshutdown/ and insert the serial number of their devices, where they can check if their phones are susceptible to battery problems, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
In case of possible problems, users should visit Apple service centres to check on batteries. If a battery is found to be faulty, it will be replaced free of charge and the battery’s warranty will be extended for three years.
