Trials of Jordanian ‘IS supporters’ to begin Monday

MAFRAQ — The State Security Court (SSC) on Monday will start the trials of eight Jordanians charged with being affiliated to the Islamic State (IS) terrorist group.
In these five cases, the defendants are charged with joining armed and terrorist groups and using the Internet to promote IS ideologies.
According to an SSC judicial source, court hearings will be public.
