Safadi discusses regional, international developments with MPs

AMMAN — The Lower House Foreign Affairs Committee on Tuesday met with Foreign Minister Ayman Safadi over the latest regional and international developments, as well as the outcomes of His Majesty King Abdullah’s visit to the US.
Mafraq MP Raed Khazaaleh, head of the panel, commended the advanced level the Kingdom’s foreign policy has reached and its role in dealing with regional challenges, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
Safadi acquainted panel members with dominant issues His Majesty had discussed in his visits to Moscow and Washington, DC, highlighting the importance of the visit to the US in the first two weeks of President Donald Trump’s administration.
