RSS to dispense pension salaries before eid

AMMAN — The Social Security Corporation (SSC) on Saturday decided to pay retirees’ salaries before Eid Al Adha.
SSC Director General Nadia Rawabdeh said all 175,000 retirees will receive their salaries on September 20 at 12pm to be able to buy Eid necessities.
This year, Eid Al Adha is expected to fall during the last week of September, according to the Islamic lunar calendar.
The government has previously announced a similar decision.
