Royal Court chief, army chief visit officers injured in Maan riots

AMMAN — Royal Hashemite Court Chief Yousef Issawi and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Maj. Gen. Yousef Huneiti on Friday visited two police officers undergoing treatment at the King Hussein Medical Centre (KHMC) for injuries suffered as a result of the riots in Maan’s Husseinieh region, as per Royal directives.
Issawi and Huneiti conveyed King Abdullah’s greetings and good wishes for a speedy recovery, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported. During the visit, the medical staff briefed Issawi and the army chief on the condition of the injured.
