Army chief visits injured RJAF pilot

AMMAN — Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Maj. Gen. Yousef Huneiti on Thursday checked on the health condition of Royal Jordanian Air Force Capt. Rayan Habahbeh, who is currently receiving treatment at King Hussein Medical City (KHMC) following the crash of an aircraft while on a regular training flight.
The pilot safely ejected from the plane and parachuted safely over an uninhabited region before being taken to KHMC for treatment, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported. Huneiti was reassured of the pilot's status, and urged KHMC's medical staff to provide all forms of necessary medical treatment, wishing him a speedy recovery.
