RMS suspends check-ups at specialist clinics, except for emergencies

AMMAN — The Royal Medical Services (RMS) on Wednesday announced that its specialist clinics will stop receiving patients for periodic check-ups.
The RMS said in a statement that the clinics will remain open during official working hours only to receive emergency cases, adding that the pharmacy will continue to dispense monthly medications as usual.
As for liver and kidney transplant patients, oncology patients and immunodeficiency and bone marrow transplant patients, medications will be dispensed every two months, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
