RMS lists national bone marrow transplant institutions

AMMAN — The Royal Medical Services (RMS) published a list of the health institutions that performed bone marrow transplants to patients suffering from genetic immunodeficiency, according to a recent study by the King Hussein Cancer Centre.
The study showed that the success rate of bone marrow surgeries conducted at the Queen Rania Hospital for Children, affiliated with the RMS’ King Hussein Medical Centre, stood at 82 per cent, which equals the international rate, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
