Princess Ghida inaugurates ‘Hassan and Yusra Kolaghasi Garden’ at KHCC

AMMAN — HRH Princess Ghida Talal, chairperson of the King Hussein Cancer Foundation (KHCF) and Centre (KHCC), on Monday inaugurated the “Hassan and Yusra Kolaghasi Garden” at the centre.
The garden aims to improve the treatment experience for patients and their families, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported. Princess Ghida, during the ceremony, said that providing comprehensive care for the centre’s patients has always been a top priority, noting that the garden is meant to boost the morale of cancer patients.
The garden was donated by Ali Kolaghassi, a member of the KHCF/KHCC Board of Trustees. The opening ceremony was attended by HRH Princess Raja bint Talal, HRH Prince Muhammad bin Talal, as well as a number of patients and their families.
The event featured activities for children and adults, including an outdoor movie screening and interactive games for different age groups.
