Princess Basma attends jubilee celebration of scout group

AMMAN — HRH Princess Basma, president of the Jordanian Association of Boy Scouts and Girl Guides, on Friday attended a celebration marking the golden jubilee of the Amman Orthodox Scout Group.

During the ceremony, the group, which was established in 1964, renewed its pledge to continue working to create a generation of youth who are responsible and faithful to their country.

At the end of the event, which included a play and documentary on the activities of the members, Princess Basma honoured supporters of the initiative.
