AMMAN — HRH Prince Hassan on Tuesday honoured architect Rasim Badran for his achievements and designs.
During a ceremony, organised by the Jordan Engineers Association's architecture department at Al Hussein Cultural Centre in Ras Al Ain, the Prince noted that the harmony between man and his surroundings lies at the heart of good architectural work, adding, "We have to analyse the relation between man, the place, the environment, and also between man and the city.
The architect has to develop himself in a renaissance movement on the basis of common national commitment." The ceremony included a film showcasing Badran's life and achievements and an exhibition of his works.
