AMMAN — Police on Monday will start issuing tickets to those found in violation of defence orders, particularly the failure to observe physical distancing and wearing face masks, according to a Public Security Directorate (PSD) statement.
The PSD said that ticket forms have been already given to officers who will monitor public places, the Jordan News, Agency, Petra, reported.
The PSD emphasised that the fight against the coronavirus pandemic is a collective responsibility and “a national duty” that requires cooperation and commitment from everyone under these circumstances.
