Officials mourn passing of former MP, cultural figure

AMMAN — Lower House Speaker Abdulmunim Oddat on Wednesday mourned the death of former deputy Khalaf Raggad who passed away on Tuesday.  Oddat praised Raggad’s contributions in serving the Kingdom, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.

Also on Wednesday, Culture Minister Ali Al Ayed mourned the death of Mohammed Zawawi, media figure and film critic. The minister recalled the achievements and contributions of Zawawi, who was one of the pioneers in the media field, Petra reported.
