AMMAN — The Norwegian Refugee Council’s (NRC) youth centres in Azraq and Zaatari refugee camps recently earned accreditation from the Ministry of Labour, according to an NRC statement.
The accreditation was issued by the Technical and Vocational Educational Training Accreditation Authority and the Centre of Accreditation and Quality Assurance.
The accreditation will further support students who graduate from these centres’ programmes, which include solar energy, tailoring, welding and office management, as well as ICT, language and online learning, taught in coordination with universities and private sector partners.
