Mubadara members briefed on ministries’ plans

AMMAN — Members of the Lower House-based “Mubadara” group were briefed on the plans and projects of several ministries at a meeting held at the Planning Ministry on Monday.
Finance Minister Umayya Toukan said the government has managed to restore confidence in the national economy and has worked to control expenditures and maximise revenues. Planning Minister Imad Fakhoury said the 10-year economic blueprint “Jordan 2025” will be used as the basis for budget preparation and for setting expenditure ceilings, adding that taskforces will visit the governorates to determine the priorities under a budget plan for the three next years.
