Man arrested for ‘throwing acid on dentist’

AMMAN — Northern Amman Criminal Investigation Department (CID) personnel arrested a man who reportedly threw acid at a dentist in the capital on June 10, a Public Security Department statement said Thursday.

The suspect was arrested in Irbid and confessed to committing the crime because of a personal argument.
