AMMAN — Acting Maan Governor Bilal Ensour on Sunday inaugurated the media exhibition “The Great Arab Revolt in the Eyes of the World”, organised by the Jordan Media Institute (JMI) in cooperation with the US embassy, a JMI statement said.
The five-day exhibition will be held at the Prince Hussein Bin Abdullah II Cultural Centre and will display portraits from US and Arab media, some of which will be showcased for the first time, the statement said.
HRH Princess Rym Ali attended the main inauguration held at the Greater Amman Municipality’s gallery on March 21, which ran for eight days. The exhibition displays around 500 portraits, including a series of photos taken by American journalist and photojournalist Lowell Thomas “1892-1981” on the Arab Revolt.
