‘Labour Ministry to reconsider unified contract in education sector’

AMMAN — Labour Minister Ali Ghezawi on Saturday said that the ministry is scheduled to hold a meeting soon to reconsider the unified contract in the education sector and amending it.
During a meeting with representatives of the general union of workers in private education and the Private School Owners Association, Ghezawi highlighted that amending the contract will ensure justice for teachers and schools, and guarantee that teachers receive the salaries agreed upon in the job contract, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
