King accepts credentials of new ambassadors to Jordan

AMMAN — His Majesty King Abdullah on Monday accepted the credentials of a number of newly appointed ambassadors to Jordan during a ceremony at Basman Palace.
King Abdullah accepted the credentials of Ambassadors Haider Al Athari of Iraq, Filip Vanden Bulcke of Belgium, Donica Pottie of Canada, Shereen Shanika Dissanayake of Sri Lanka, Ruy Pacheco de Azevedo Amaral of Brazil, Roberto Rodríguez Hernández of Mexico and Prince Lorenzo Borghese of the Sovereign Order of Malta, as well as non-resident Ambassador of Slovenia Mateja Prevolšek.
Royal Hashemite Court Chief Yousef Issawi and the acting foreign minister, Minister of State for Prime Ministry Affairs Sami Daoud, attended the ceremony.
