Justice minister meets Oman, Spain ambassadors

AMMAN — Justice Minister Ahmed Ziadat on Tuesday met with Oman’s Ambassador to Jordan Helal Al Mumari over means to enhance cooperation in the judicial and legal fields. Ziadat highlighted the importance of the meeting to advance the judicial and legal cooperating between the countries, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
Mumari lauded the “distinguished” Omani-Jordanian relations. Also on Tuesday, Ziadat met with Spain’s Ambassador to Jordan Aránzazu Bañón Dávalos and an accompanying delegation. Talks during the gathering went over means of furthering cooperation in the judicial and legal fields between the kingdoms.
Ziadat expressed appreciation of Spain’s efforts towards supporting the justice sector. Commending the two kingdoms’ “deep-rooted” ties, the Spanish envoy expressed keenness to advance cooperation in the legal field.
