Jordanian peacekeepers leave for UN's Mali mission

AMMAN — The rapid deployment force Mali 2 on Friday left the Kingdom to participate in the United Nations Multidimensional Integrated Stabilisation Mission in Mali (MINUSMA). The force last week attended a farewell party that was held at the assembly centre of peacekeeping forces, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
Meanwhile, the rapid deployment force Mali 1 has arrived in the Kingdom after concluding its mission in MINUSMA. This participation is part of the Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army's continuous role in international UN peacekeeping forces, offering aid to affected people in various conflict zones in the world.
