AMMAN — Mahmoud Akaileh, the labour consultant at Jordan’s embassy in Kuwait, on Tuesday said that the embassy is preparing for a Jordanian-Kuwaiti employment forum.
The forum, to be held next April, aims at promoting the integration of Jordanian labour into the Kuwaiti market, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
Akaileh said that some Kuwaiti senior officials are keen on drawing Jordanian human resources in fields like health, engineering, education and ICT. In 2016, 371 Jordanians were employed in Kuwait’s public and private sectors, Akaileh added.
