Jordan condemns terror attack in UK’s Reading

AMMAN — The Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Sunday condemned a terrorist attack that targetted civilians in the British city of Reading and resulted in deaths and injuries.
Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Ambassador Daifallah Fayez affirmed Jordan’s solidarity with the “friendly” UK government and people in confronting terrorism, according to a ministry statement.
He also affirmed the Kingdom’s position rejecting all forms of violence and terrorism that target everyone without discrimination. Fayez expressed condolences to the families of the victims and wished the injured a speedy recovery.
