Jordan, Australia discuss activating parliamentary friendship committee

AMMAN — MP Mejhem Sqour, head of the Lower House Reform Bloc on Monday met with Australian Ambassador to Jordan Heidi Venamore and discussed bilateral ties.
The two officials underlined the need to activate the role of the Jordanian-Australian Friendship Committee at the Lower House, reviewing opportunities to foster political, economic and educational cooperation.
