Income tax law will not affect telecommunication prices — companies

AMMAN — The Economic and Social Council met with telecommunication companies’ representatives on Thursday to discuss the 2018 amendments of the income tax law, according to an ICT Ministry statement.
During the meeting, chief executive officers of the telecommunication companies (Zain, Orange and Umniah) said that there is no correlation between the amendments of the draft law and the prices of telecommunication services.
