Huneiti receives Comoros army chief, delegation

AMMAN — Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Maj. Gen. Yousef Huneiti  on Wednesday received Chief of the General Staff of the National Army of the Union of the Comoros Col. Yousef Ijhad and an accompanying delegation in the presence of several senior officers of the Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army.

Huneiti and Ijhad discussed mechanisms to enhance bilateral relations, aspects of cooperation and joint coordination in service of the interests of the armed forces in both countries, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported. The guest received an official military reception, during which he reviewed the Honour Guard.
