AMMAN — The Consumer Protection Society (CPS) said on Sunday it has received many complaints about hummus, foul and falafel restaurants not adhering to the new price list adopted in September.
In a statement carried by the Jordan News Agency, Petra, the CPS said those restaurants had two months to rectify their status, during which only a few of them adjusted their prices. CPS President Mohammad Obeidat said the society has been monitoring the situation since the new price list was issued.
