Humanitarian Club, Zaha Cultural Centre celebrate Mother’s Day

AMMAN — Under the Patronage of HRH Princess Sanaa Asem, The Humanitarian Club on Saturday held a charity event on the occasions of International Women’s Day, Mother’s Day and the 25th anniversary of the club’s establishment, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.

The club’s president, Dalal Otoum, discussed the club’s role in supporting university students’ orphans, also pointing out the achievements of Jordanian women in various fields.

Also on Saturday, Under the Patronage of HRH Sanaa Asem, Zaha Cultural Centre held a ceremony to celebrate Mother’s Day, honouring several pioneering mothers in recognition of their efforts in the field of social work.

Director of Zaha Cultural Centre Rania Sbeih said that the centre celebrates the occasion every year, as it considers the day a token of appreciation to all Jordanian mothers.
