Hammouri meets with ambassadors of Kazakhstan, South Africa

AMMAN — Minister of Industry, Trade and Supply, Tariq Hammouri on Sunday met with Kazakhstan and South Africa’s ambassadors to the Kingdom, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
During the meeting with Kazakhstan's ambassador to Jordan, Aidarabek Tumatov, the two sides discussed preparations for an upcoming joint committee meeting in Amman.
Hammouri highlighted the importance of including the two countries’ private sectors in any economic cooperation, adding that the sector helps create investment projects and boosts trade exchange.
During a separate meeting with the South African ambassador to Jordan, Ebrahim Saley, the two discussed possible methods of boosting economic cooperation, including signing a trade agreement, according to Petra. During the meetings, the two ambassadors stressed the importance of building economic relations with the Jordanian business community, according to Petra.
