Gov’t communications minister meets UNESCO representative to reinforce bilateral coordination

AMMAN — Minister of Government Communications Muhannad Mubaidin on Thursday met UNESCO representative to Jordan, Min Jeong Kim, to discuss ways to strengthen the partnership between the ministry and UNESCO in various fields, with a special focus on media and information literacy. Mubaidin expressed his sincere appreciation for the efforts of Kim, who will soon conclude her tenure in Jordan and transition to a new role at UNESCO headquarters in Paris. Kim praised Jordan's initiatives in promoting the principles of media education and information literacy, acknowledging its entrepreneurial role in the region, according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra.
