Environment minister, UN representatives discuss cooperation

AMMAN — Environment Minister Yaseen Khayyat on Wednesday discussed cooperation between his ministry and UN agencies in the environmental field, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
Khayyat highlighted the importance of funding renewable energy and green economy projects with UN Resident/Humanitarian Coordinator in Jordan Anders Pedersen, United Nations Development Programme Jordan Country Director Sara Ferrer Olivella and FAO Representative in Jordan Nasredin Elamin.
