Education minister visits schools in Salt

AMMAN – Deputy Prime Minister and Education Minister Mohammad Thneibat on Thursday issued instructions to build new premises for the Rmeimeen Secondary School for Boys in Salt and abolish the old building.
During a visit to a number of schools in Salt’s Qasabeh (central district), he noted that the ministry has floated tenders to construct and build new classes at a cost of JD202 million since 2009.
Thneibat also issued directives to revamp a primary school for boys and girls in Fuheis.
He also listened to the demands of a number of Fuheis residents and discussed the possibility of allocating a piece of land to build several schools there.
