CBJ warns of fraudulent online money-making schemes

AMMAN — The Central Bank of Jordan (CBJ) on Wednesday warned the public against dealing with online financial platforms, which claim to offer opportunities to invest money and "unreasonably" double cash within a short period of time.
The CBJ said that its warning aims to prevent exposure to scams and risk of financial loss, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
