Cabinet reforms board of trustees of fund for reconstruction of Al Aqsa

AMMAN — The Council of Ministers on Sunday approved reforming the board of trustees of the Hashemite Fund for the Reconstruction of Al Aqsa and the Dome of Rock, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
The fund, whose president is HRH Prince Ghazi, will include in its board, the interior minister, the awqaf minister, the chief Islamic justice, the grand mufti of the Kingdom, Raef Najim, Abulrahim Ukour, president of Jerusalem Awqaf Council, and Jerusalem and Al Aqsa Mosque and Awqaf director.
It also includes director general of the Palestinian Affairs Department, director of following up on Jerusalem and Al Aqsa Mosque’s affairs at the Awqaf Ministry, Wasfi Kilani, chair for the study of Imam Al Ghazali’s work at Al Aqsa Mosque, the financial manager of Jerusalem Awqaf, and the mosque’s service director.
