The by-law is scheduled to be discussed and endorsed by the Cabinet next week before being published in the Official Gazette.
Later, dissolving procedures of the pension fund would start through a committee formed by the JPA council chaired by the deputy president and the membership of three members of the JPA general assembly who are subscribed to the fund and the syndicate’s legal auditor as stipulated in the by-law.
