Border town hit by stray shells from Syria, no injuries

AMMAN — Prime Minister Hani Mulki on Wednesday instructed the interior and the public works ministers to follow up on the situation in Ramtha after stray mortar shells from Syria landed in the border town, 90km north of the capital, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.

The premier directed the public works minister to arrange for the maintenance of a house that was hit by a stray shell. The two stray shells did not cause injuries, according to Petra.
