According to the weather forecast issued by the Jordan Meteorological Department, the region is subject to a state of atmospheric instability and the Gulf of Aqaba is affected by south-easterly and south-westerly winds that may pose a danger to small boats. Calling for caution, the authority stressed taking necessary measures to preserve the safety of life and public property.
